What is the reason why you chose the coaching profession and what drives you?
Human development is my expertise and passion. Within this field I want to add real value and meaning to the individuals I help. That is what drives me! I believe in the connexion between talent and organizational development.

What are your styles of coaching and the approaches you are known for?
I am known for my decisiveness, involvement, creativity and convincingness. Through my empathic approach I can shift the focus from old habits to a goals achievement mentality by the individual. What drives someone, what is his or her passion? This sets people into motion.
Keeping up with the changing professional landscape and a good employer attitude will lead to growth.
